How can I list my music catalogue on the ANote Music platform?

ANote’s market structure works similarly to a stock exchange: we help artists and music professionals sell rights to future royalties to a community of investors seeking new earning opportunities, helping you maximise the value you can obtain from the sale of your catalogue.

Differently from one-to-one private negotiations where the buyer unilaterally sets the price, ANote puts you at the centre of the process. Valuation is defined collaboratively, combining your input with ANote’s data-driven model and market benchmarks to establish a fair starting point for the valuation of your future royalties.

The requirements:

To be listed on ANote Music, your catalogue should meet the following criteria:

  • Historical performance: at least five years of royalty income history (i.e., royalties received from one or more distributors for five or more years).
  • Average annual royalties: the average annual royalties over the last 3 years must be ≥ €10,000.
  • Weighted average song age: the works in the catalogue must have a weighted average age of at least five years, to ensure a mature history of royalty performance.
  • Rights ownership/assignability: the royalties from your catalogue must be contractually assignable to third parties. Our team will help you verify this during due diligence.

How to propose your catalogue:

If your catalogue meets the above requirements, please contact our team at the email address support@anotemusic.com with:

  1. Catalogue overview: who the right holder is, what are the main songs included, and from which distributors you receive royalties.
  2. Royalty documentation: royalty statements from your royalty distributors for the past 3–5 years.

After reviewing your information, we will connect you with our dedicated team to discuss the potential best listing structure and give you an overview of the services we provide.
