ANote Music provides a marketplace for trading music royalties. Songwriters, performing artists, record labels, publishers or any other music rights-holder, can contact our team to list a portion of their catalogue.
To be listed on ANote Music, your catalogue needs to meet the following requirements:
- Track record: the music catalogue must have generated an average of at least €10,000 per year in royalties over the past 3 to 5 years.
- Transparency: full disclosure of financial statements and contractual arrangements involving the catalogue are required to ensure an accurate market valuation.
- Listed percentage: Rights-holders actively managing a catalogue (e.g. record label, publisher) can list a minority percentage of the catalogue (max 49%). If the rights-holder is not involved in the catalogue’s management, a bigger percentage may be listed, subject to evaluation.
Before listing any catalogue on our platform, the ANote Music team will conduct due diligence to verify all numbers, contracts and details about the catalogue. This process is important to assure that investors on our platform have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
If your music catalogue meets the requirements, contact us at support@anotemusic.com to get the on-boarding process started. As a first step, we will ask you to provide royalty statements of the past 3-5 years. More information available at our dedicated page for Music creators here.
