How can I list my music catalogue on ANote Music platform?

ANote Music is the European marketplace for trading music royalties. If you are a songwriter, a performing artist, a record label or a publisher or any other type of music rights holder, you can contact our team to list a portion of your catalogue.

To get listed on ANote Music, your catalogue needs to meet certain threshold requirements:

    • Track record: the music catalogue needs to generate on average €10,000 or more per year in royalties at a steady rate over a period of at least the past 3 to 5 years.
    • Transparency: full disclosure of all financial statements and contractual arrangements involving your music catalogue to guarantee a fair market valuation.
  • Listed percentage: if you are actively in charge of the catalogue’s management (record label, publisher) ANote Music will only allow you to list a minority percentage of the catalogue (max 49%). If you are not involved in the catalogue’s management, ANote Music may allow a bigger percentage to be listed, yet this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Prior to listing any catalogue on our platform, the ANote Music team will undertake an in-depth due diligence process to assure that all numbers, contracts and details about the catalogue are correct. This due-diligence process is important to assure that investors on our platform are protected and have all the necessary information at hand to make their investment decisions accordingly.

If your music catalogue satisfies the minimum threshold requirements, please feel free to contact us at support@anotemusic.com to get the onboarding process started. As a first step, we will request you to send your royalty statements of the past 3-5 years over. More information available at our dedicated page for Music creators here.
