Taxes on income from royalty interests are subject to **different legislations depending** on the country of residence of each individual investor. This is why at ANote Music, for tax purposes, we recommend consulting a **local tax advisor,** as they should be able to guide you on all the specifications and regulations for your country of residence. You may need a **‘Portfolio Report**’ in order to have the breakdown of royalties received during a specific period of time. Please keep in mind that it may take up to one business day before your report will be available for download. It is worth noting that our offices are located in Luxembourg (European Union), where no withholding tax is applied to royalties distributed to individuals or companies, whether they are local or international.
