-
Credit and debit cards:
Our payments service provider supports Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. Please be aware that fees of 1.8%+0.18 cents will be taken by the payments provider on the total value of funds deposited. For example, if you deposit €1,000, the payment provider will add a €18.18 fee on top of the €1,000.
If you choose to transfer funds via credit card, you may want to verify with your bank that 3D Secure or 3DS (an additional layer of security for online payments) is activated for your card. -
Wire transfer:
This method involves making a bank transfer from your personal bank account to your ANote Music account. You will notice your ANote Music account works as a regular bank account, which is under your name and has its own IBAN (International Bank Account Number). Transfers are usually fast and complete within 24 hours, however it can take up to 3 days for the transfer to complete and show in your account. The advantage of doing a wire transfer is the lower fees at just 0.5% of the total funds deposited. For example, if you deposit €1,000, the payments provider will add €5 on top of the €1,000.
Keep in mind some banks and online payment systems such as Wise may not support wire transfers to bank accounts that include characters, such as letters, as is the case for the accounts linked to all wallets on the ANote Music platform. If you are experiencing a problem while making a transfer, please click on the link, 'generate an alternative bank transfer method?'. You will be automatically redirected to ANote Music’s dedicated IBAN number.
This is a general account for the entire ANote Music platform. If you use this IBAN, do not forget to include the mandatory reference shown on the “Add funds” guide. The reference message is used to identify your transfer and allocate your funds to your ANote Music account.
