Adding funds to your account

We understand how important it is for you to manage your investments with ease and security. That's why we only work with trusted financially regulated payment methods.

When you add funds to your ANote Music account, these funds go directly to your individual wallet which has its own IBAN (International Bank Account Number)and is under your name. Your wallet and all related transactions within ANote Music are handled by Mangopay SA, a trusted third-party payment provider that operates under the regulatory oversight of the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier), the foremost public authority in Luxembourg responsible for supervising financial products and services.

Which payment method is most convenient for you?

Depositing funds to your account is as easy as pressing play. To deposit funds we offer multiple payment methods. We give you here an overview of each method for you to choose:

  • Credit and debit cards: Do you want to have funds on your ANote Music account immediately? If so, the credit/debit card payment is for you!

Our payments service provider supports Visa, Mastercard & Maestro. Please be aware that fees of  1.8%+0.18 cents will be taken by the payments provider on the total value of funds deposited. For example, if you deposit €1,000, the payment provider will add a €18.18 fee on top of the €1,000. If you choose to transfer funds via credit card, you may want to verify with your bank that 3D Secure or 3DS (an additional layer of security for online payments) is activated for your card. As a commitment to ensure the safety of our customers, all deposits made by credit card will involve a 3D Secure layer as part of the payment confirmation process.
  • Wire transfer:  Let’s say you have more time and wish to minimise upload fees, then adding funds via wire transfer may interest you.

This method involves making a bank transfer from your personal bank account to your ANote Music account. You will notice your ANote Music account works as a regular bank account, which is under your name and has its own IBAN (International Bank Account Number). Transfers are usually fast and complete within 24 hours, however it can take up to 3 days for the transfer to complete and show in your account. The advantage of doing a wire transfer is the lower fees at just 0.5% of the total funds deposited. For example, if you deposit €1,000, the payments provider will add €5 on top of the €1,000.

Keep in mind some banks and online payment systems such as Wise may not support wire transfers to bank accounts that include characters, such as letters, as is the case for the accounts linked to all wallets on the ANote Music platform. If you are experiencing a problem while making a transfer, please click on the link, 'having trouble with the IBAN?'. You will be automatically redirected to ANote Music’s dedicated IBAN number. This is a general account for the entire ANote Music platform. If you use this IBAN, do not forget to include the reference message shown on the “Add funds” guide. The reference message is used to identify your transfer and allocate your funds to your ANote Music account.

Please be aware a 1% fee will be applied to the total funds deposited. For example if you deposit the equivalent of €1,000 in crypto, the payments provider will add €10 on top.
  • Other local methods: We also accept payment methods such as iDeal, Przelewy24 and Bancontact. Please note that fees may differ depending on which of these payment methods you choose.
